Bank Of India — pos failed transaction of rs. 500/- dated 4/10/17

Made a pos transaction with the otp sent to me against my debit card no.[protected], issued for my sb a/c - [protected] on 4/1017. Submitted filled up refund form and received complaint no.071017data83188 for the failed transaction being no.873782. The online amazon on-line seller confirmed the non-payment from the bank. The debited amount has not yet been credited to my sb account. Please let me know the status of my complaint and refund the amount for the failed transaction and oblige.
