Bank Of India — problem in transferring money

I transfered money from my tez account to another tez account user. Money deducted from my bank account but not reached to another user from 5-6 days. On my transaction their shows waiting from bank and i attached a screenshot also. I tried many times to contact my bank but no one respond to me. Please resolve my issue as fast as you can. Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 24, 2017 Mahesh Shamdasani's response Yesterday i had requested to credit amount from fixed deposit before maturity in Jogeshwari west branch and was informed funds will be credited but they have failed to credit the amount .My account no is [protected] can you please look into this mater as funds required urgently.

Sir my self BALARAM LENKA having account on bank of India at jagatshingpur deriki branch .My account no is [protected].on date 27/10/2017 I had make a transaction to my friend account(s.b.i)via phone pay just 10, 000 .But unfortunately the same amount of money debited from my account and a message comes to me but that amount of money did not reach to my friend account.on date 30/10/17i went to my bank branch and tell us every thing but they do nothing.sir please help me
