[Resolved] Bank Of India — refund amount is not processed
I had returned an item "order#[protected]" to amazon.in for which they have confirmed the refund and also processed the amount of rs. 354 on 20th jan 2019 but this amount has not been credited to my boi account. They have provided some details which i have mentioned below:
1) bank name: deutsche bank
2) branch: ulsoor branch, bengaluru, karnataka
3) refund reference number:[protected]
4) vendor: amazon seller services
Please check this dispute and let me know asap.
