I had returned an item "order#[protected]" to amazon.in for which they have confirmed the refund and also processed the amount of rs. 354 on 20th jan 2019 but this amount has not been credited to my boi account. I drawn 500/- from APGB ATM from station road GIDDALUR on 17/10/2019.
But transaction was failed.
Amount was not came from ATM and amount debited from my account.
