Bank Of India — refund debit balance

I did recharge on 24th march from freecharge but recharge didn't success ful so my wallet balance was refund instantly but my boi account balance was debited and till not refund so please give me solution and refund my debited balance
56 rs debited from boi account balance so refund my debited balance and also i contact customer care but there not responded properly so please give me solution
