Bank Of India — refund delay

Dear boi,

I have made a purchase on Amazon.in by debit card on 5th July 2018 and for some reason I have to cancel the order and they initiate a full refund of the amount rs 999 on 12 july 2018. They also provide a reference number and the confirmation of the refund on 14th July 2018.But the amount still not reflect in my bank account. Please help me in this matter.
