Dear sir, I bought a product from amazon at the cost of rs 2999.00 on 4.06.2018. Through debit card of bank of india, puri. I returned that product to amazon on 20.06.2018 due to defective. They had returned the cost to me on 29.06.2018. According to version of amazon the said amount should be credited to my subject a/c but it has not been credited to my a/c. Therefore i request you to be good and kind enough to please enquire about the issue and credit the amount to my a/c. I have paid 5663 rs for road tax for truck no jho2at6871. though official website vahan. but by the mean time it shows transation failed. but money is deducted. tx id jh180712t9814436. and tx no jhy[protected]. dated 12 july. cyber recipt no of boi is medr/egrasjharkh/988486.
