[Resolved] Bank Of India — Refund initiated by Amazon but still not reflected in my bank account

My refund of Rs.28931/- from Amazon was initiated on the date 04.06.2022, but still not credited in my bank account. In this regard Amazon has provided me a refund reference no. 74163262156034685018843 I have talked to the bank they didn't appropriately solved the problem.
