Bank Of India — Refund initiated from amazon but not credited in my account . | |
My name is Soumyakanta Rout and I had ordered Cloth of RS.Amount993 in Amazon on 17th August 2020 and I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 22 August 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402360230208076403 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy.
