Bank Of India — Refund initiated from Amazon but not received in bank

I purchased a product from Amazon after that I cancelled my order.Order value was Rs 22699/-.
Amazon has initiated the refund on 16/06/22.
12 days already over but full amount still not credited in my bank(Bank of India).Bank has only refunded Rs 100/- on 27/06/22.Rs 22599 is still not credited in my bank.
Amazon have shared me the Refund Reference Number.The RRN is 74332742169216894005263
