Bank Of India — refund my payment | |
I have our company corporate account in bank of india from which i made a payment ot ptec on 03/07/2018 but the transaction failed but still money got deducted from my account. After contacting bank they told me that they can't do anything about this. My account details are given below kindly look in to it & refund my amount to my bank account. My branch has create a lien mark on my account for rs. 2000 . I can't widral rs.2000 from my account. So that regarding this i ask for details of lien mark to the branch manager but he can't be able to given details. So i request to plz process my complaint as soon as possible.
