[Resolved] Bank Of India — refund not received after unsuccessful transaction | |||
I tried to make postpaid bill payment of docomo mobile thrice by rs.337 (Total 1011rs.) on 11.03.2019 but every time amount debited from my account without payment made successful. I complaint at bank of india home branch (Tupudana, ranchi, code : 4954) many times but did not get the refund. I also complaint through mails but no resolution yet. Please refund my money as i am frustrated by complaining number of times. Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried to debit 7700 from a PNB bank atm on 19/04/2019 the money was debited but i did not get any cash.I did put up a complain but still didnot get the refund.

My money was deducted in 17april2019 by paying of electricity bill...and bank not responce at that time
