Bank Of India — refund not received yet | |||
Dear sir, I had booked ticket on irctc via debit card on jan 15th 2018 the amount was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. The transaction id for the debited amount is [protected]. The entry printed on passbook is medr/irctc /324788/ It had been more than two months. No refund was initiated. The manager of the bank is also not cooperating... Was this information helpful? | |||

pls pls help me same thing happened with me i have done transaction with amazon on 27 oct 2017 they have refunded money of rs 750 and they have provided the transaction number to 75260827300016037237787 i have called 100 times to bank after waiting for 1 hour they disconnect the call pls help me when i m going to bank they are saying they doesnt know how to lodge complaint i have lost all the hopes pls help if anybody can or provide me the mail id of boi
