I hereby inform you that i was fill up petrol at parimal garden krupa petrol pump of rupees 400/- in my vehicle, and my vehicle no is gj-27-af-4384, as on date 07/11/2017, time: 19:58:38, and i go through cashless and digital banking as per said our pm modiji, i pay my petrol expense through my debit card and my card no is [protected] as on date 07/11/2017, time: 19:58:38, In this regard i requested to you that first i pay rs. 400/- and i received message of rs. 400/- deducted from my account no: [protected], branch maninagar, but a sales man / service man of krupa petroleum services denied of that he not received a payment and pressure to me for payment, because them client account not received same amount in same debit card, he shows me statement that please see our statement for whole day those who pay through swipe card, and he has expedite to me it is credit in your bank account rs. 400/- with in 72 hours, after 72 hours i reach said petrol pump and to said petrol pump owner and requested to him for rs. 400/- still not credit in my bank account, so he has given statement of digital banking those who pay through debit and credit card, So please find attache herewith attachment (Which pass word is k27505), and give credit rs. 400/- in my account it is wrongly deducted in my bank account. My balance is deducted without my information, while going the balance inquiry the same amount is showing however I'm unable to take our that money. I'm very much frustrated.
