My account number is [protected], its a saving account in rudrapur branch uttrakhand, i have made ticket through paytm as on 09th june 17, was faild, but amount deducted rs 1850 from my account still not refunded, as per my prior greivance it was said that refund on 14th june 17, but it was against irctc ticket booking . Pls arrange to refund amount 1850, which was through paytm .

It was complaint by 29th, but still I have not get refunded . Pls help in this matter .
