Bank Of India — regarding debit of amount rs. 6000

Sir/madam,
I want to say that amit kumar verma sent the amount of rs 6000 dated 14.12.18 his own bank of india to azad kumar state bank of india but due to time out 6000 is debited of my account but not credited in azad kumar state bank of india account.
Therefore you are requested to kindly solve the issue and credit the amount of rs. 6000.
