This is with reference to my letter dt 30/08/2017 addressed to the branch manager, bank of india rua de ormuz branch, panaji goa in connection with stopping of esc mode payment from a/c bearing no. [protected] (Shamba anant gaonkar). It was told me that same has been done, still an amount of rs.15, 374, 15 has been debited through esc mode from my account on 01/09/2017 which is rediculas.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and revert back my amount on my sb account as early as possible.
Hope you will consider my request on top priority please.

Updated by Shyam Gaonkar As as customer of Bank of India I am facing lot of problems.
1. email id on passbook is not working properly.
2. staff is not cooperative.
3. As soon as I register my online complaint I received call from the no[protected] asking my debit card number.

it all looks shaby.
