Bank Of India — reverse of rtgs amount

Dear sir, rtgs of value rs 494000.00 was issued from your puri brach, odisha on dt 28.01.19, but the above amount could not credited to the party"s a/c due to mention of wrong a/c number. But the above amount is still not credited to our a/c though 17 days passed. Kotak mahindra bank, nariman point branch, mumbai is not cooperating.
It is too late, so we request to help us to reverse the amount to our a/c
