My air ticket booking amount ₹8528 deducted from my idib account on 12 Sep 17, but these amount did not deposit in paytm wallet travel order No. #[protected]. Due to this my booking transaction is cancelled and the same ammount yet not credited in my account . last five days i am trying to intimate your customer care number and also customer care ID, but nobody given any responce nor any reply.
amubThoug you are humbly requestd to refund deducted amount of Rs.8528/- and credited in my idbi account .
