Writing this complaint to bring into notice the branch manager mr. Tiwari.. Is one of the most rudest manger i've ever come across... He can be so rude to the customers.. We are banking with you'll... It's not that you'll are doing a favour on us the way he spoke to the customer so rude banging the pass book and getting angry on the customer this is not an expected behavior form the staff.. Specially a branch manger... He shouts telling the systems are low "account khola hay tho kam karna paday ga" what language is this??? This place where the branch is. Is mostly used by not much highly educated people it takes time to understand the concept of banking.. We are banking with your bank because of the trust.. Not cuz you'll are doing a favor.. The staff represents the bank plz tell him to learn to talk and handle situation well.. Very awaiting for a revert
