[Resolved] Bank Of India — savings account blocked due to adhar card without any intimation | |||||
Hi, I'm holding the savings account with bank of india velachery branch in chennai for more than 10 years now. When i login this week i got shocked since i could not see anything after login, it says no savings accocunt found. When i call the branch, they were saying i need to update my adhar details other wise i cannot make any transaction on my account. I have not heard this thing happened to anyone else in any other bank. Also i could see we have a time till december 31, 2017 to update the adhar number, now without even single mail or sms communication they have blocked my account. Oct 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After registering complaint in this forum, i got a call from Bank of india branch, and they have re-activated my account in next 2 working days which is good anyways after some panic. Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
