Dear Sir, I faced a transaction issue as it got failed and did not
deliver the money to me. It happened on 14th November 2018 and got the
message on screen "unable to dispense". I did not get any instant
message for the same. I got an email and SMS for the deducted amount
of 7000/-.
ATM ID: IHY9013
Transaction number: Txn#[protected]
When I tried to fill the ATM Complaint at your official Website:
www.bankofindia.co.in
it asked 10 digits transaction number but what I got in email was of
12 digits so I was unable to fill the ATM complaint form. Kindly
resolve my issue at the earliest.
