Bank Of India — transaction failed/ request declined by bank/ money debited/ no refund | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that while doing an online transaction the amount of rs 150 got debited from my bank account on 07.12.2017, yet the transaction failed and money is still not refunded. I already spoke about this with my bank executive and the online application customer support and they said the transaction was unsuccessful as the request was denied from bank's end. Later it was confirmed by the bank of india's bank executive. They assured me that it takes 24-48 hours for automatic auto reversal of the money, which again did not happen. I again had to call the bank of india customer care. This time they asked me to fill an online form for the refund. Even after i did not receive money. Please understand that i am an account holder of the bank from past 11 years, such kind of casual approach affects the bank's reputation. For a technical fault why should a customer suffer for 15- 20 days. Even till date i did not get back my money. I called up the customer care again and this time they said i have to wait for 7-14 days for refund. It is my humble request to kindly refund the money, it is already more than 20 days now. I have attached the related image with the mail. Please understand there is a limit to everyone's patience level. If still the bank continues to behave such reluctantly i am afraid i may have to lodge a complain to consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||
