Bank Of India — unable to create netbanking account

I have applied for online banking. I have got two passwords through pin mailer but i did not get the login id. I tried to generate it online through the given website "https://starconnectcbs.bankofindia.com/BankAwayRetail/(S(uzbkxtbmn40i2r55nwetje...⇄ under new user tab, after inserting the necessary details the form asks for when i click on the submit button it gives me this error"1 onuc: system error. Please try again after sometim". I have been trying this from few days and everytime the same error comes up.!
