Bank Of India — wrong debit at pos

I have a saving account with bank of india, university road vadodara branch, my account no is [protected]. My two transactions detailed below are failed and till date amount is not credited in my account. I have submitted required format in the branch but no response received from branch.

1) rs.750/- :- pos croma - 21/10/2017
2) rs.12000/- :- pos sindal tyres sales - 11/12/2017

Now i request the amount should be reversed in my account with interest.
