Bank Of Maharashtra — amount debited from my account but not received

Address:Raigad, Maharashtra, 400702

I used my atm debit card for payment of hotel bill in kgn foods, raghuleela mall vashi navi mumbai.in that hotel the bill was rs. 290/-. After using card my amount was debited from my account then shop owner say to me your amount credited in 10 to 15 days.. Last one month still amount not credited.. What should i do im complaint to customer he also not answering me

Flipkart refunded my amount on 1st jan but bank of maharashtra not credited my amount in my acount its very bad service from bank of maharashtra.
