[Resolved] Bank Of Maharashtra — amount deducted during failed ticket booking but refund not received after 8 days | |||
Dear sir/madam, I tried to book train ticket from vadodara to panvel through paytm app. On[protected]. I made payment using bank of maharashtra rupay debit card. My ticket booking failed but amount 2738.98 rs. Deducted from my account. I contacted in paytm and they told that amount is refunded from their side and is available with bank of maharashtra. But this amount is however not showing in my current account balance. Please help me to receive my money back. Date of transaction[protected] Amount - 2738.98 rs. May 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I also sent emails on Bank of Maharashtra customer care portal on 15-04-109 but they have not replied yet.
Also, I had registered compliant with customer care executive on phone call and she gave me a complaint number.
Thankfully I got my money back. Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
