[Resolved]  Bank Of Maharashtra — imps not credit in beneficiary a/c

I have made a transaction of rs. 39600/-from itz in bank of maharastra, 29600/- rs is update in benificery account but 10000 rs not update. The status of the amount are showing confirm awaited (Request processing error :http status code 500: internal server error)

Bank not update or revert the amount. Customer are starting misbehavior to us and its hard to understood hiim. The transaction detail are mention below:-
