Bank Of Maharashtra — imps transaction failed. amount deducted but not credited in beneficiary account

Hello,
I made first imps transaction of 50k on 11 jan 2020 and amount deducted but not credited in benificiary account. Transaction reference number:[protected]

I made second imps transaction of 50k on 12 jan 2020 and amount deducted but not credited in benificiary account. Transaction reference number:[protected]

Total 1 lakh rupees lost in 2 days transaction.

I called customer service and they said it will take 3 working days to resolve this dispute.

Today i am supposed to send this amount for my deal. Now i am in lost and deal is cancelled.

Please help me for the quick resolution. My mobile number is [protected] and the same mobile number is linked with bank of maharashtra saving account.
