Bank Of Maharashtra — Interest rate charged more than sanction letter

Dear sir,
I had obtained rs 8 lakhs as cash credit from your bank in beed main branch of mh with account number -[protected]. Bank had sanction this cash credit at base rate plus 3.25%. Since from 1/04/2015 bank charged roi @ more than sanction terms and condition to the extend 16 to 17%.
So please give me credit of excess inerest charged as soon as possible. Otherwise i have to go cusumer forum for it.
