Bank Of Maharashtra — not increased the transaction limit of since last 1.5 month

We are having current account in lasurne branch. Code 828.
We using current account with 2 users. We need daily transaction limit 5 lakhs
But for one user it has increased and not for other one.
We facing this problem from last 1.5 month
Every time a mail send by branch also regarding it, but not get any feedback from bank ie mahaconnect.
Please slove this issue immediately
