Bank Of Maharashtra — not accepted cash

I snehal dilip ghodekar, the account holder of account no. [protected], gone to dehugaon branch for cash deposit, but the cashier denied to accept cash, the cashier their is highly rude, so how i would deposit my cash?? He said u r not mentaining minimum balance but their is no need to deny cash deposit. My point is, the bank charge for minimum balance, then why should the employee of bank asked for that??
