Authorisation Code : 190752 I had cancelled the order and seller had initiated full refund of INR 11990 on the same day i.e 01.11.19 Seller has told me that refund from his end has been completed yesterday but amount has not been credited to my account. I had asked the seller to provide me Refund Reference number but he has provided me Bank txn ID and Authorization Code which I have stated below: Bank Txn ID - RUR[protected]. Authorisation Code : 190752 The seller has told me that bank can track refund by given information. While I contacted my home branch they are not being able to provide me any details.
