[Resolved] Bank Of Maharashtra — refund amount not received after 8 days | |||
I tried to book train ticket from vadodara to panvel through paytm app. On[protected]. I made payment using bank of maharashtra rupay debit card. My ticket booking failed but amount 2738.98 rs. Deducted from my account. I contacted in paytm and they told that amount is refunded from their side and is available with bank of maharashtra. But this amount is however not showing in my current account balance. Please help me to receive my money back. Date of transaction[protected] Amount - 2738.98 rs. May 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my money back.
But I also registered complaints on email to Bank of Maharashtra as well as on phone call to customer care executive. Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
