My friend did a permanent hair smoothening from the salon and the hair went back to curly after 4 days. They initially agreed doing the smoothening at 5000 and then afterwards asked for extra 2000 which she didn't agree. The product used was different from what she said. Hence the hair is back to normal. They had an argument related to the product changes and the extra money which she didn't give. So she didnt go to the same salon for the wash, they are highliting it as a fault.
