Hi,
I am a regular visitor of bbq nation madurai branch. I got a discount of 150rs when i made a first time booking through mobile app. Me and my wife had our lunch and asked for the bill. There was no discount applied. When asked the reason they give was really stupid and were totally harsh towards us. Ranjith and manish kumar were the 2 persons who totally misbehaved and irritated us to the core. If asked anything, ranjith kept on telling that he was working here for 12 yrs and do whatever you could. Please take necessary action on them. Was this information helpful? |
