I have taken personal loan in 2008 in Barclays PLC, but due to some issues i could not pay some part of the loan amount, and i dont know whom to contact on this & i dont have any loan details, My personal details are below Ramya.N DOB-10/07/1983 PAN-AHWPR9901N LOAN TOOK IN 2008 Kindly advise how to close this . i want to close the loan account, i am tired of reaching the correct person, but no one responded. I had taken personal loan in Barclays in 2009, and paid the whole with late fee charges as per the letter received from Barclays. Still my loan account is in dispute. Please do needful
