Barkatullah University — non - delivery of degree certificate even after 3 months

I have applied for my provisional certificate-application number - bdig[protected] on 05th aug.17. Even after going to university 4 times personally, i was not given certificate. Also degree certificate with application number was supposed to be delivered by august end, which i havent received yet till end of september. Application number - bpdg[protected]

I have applied for my graduation degree but the application got rejected and now the portal is not allowing me to apply again. please help. My current employment requires a degree to be submitted.
