Dear sir
This is to inform you that i had made an online application on the mp online portal and also made a online payment of rs.325/- for seeking my degree certificate vide online application no : [bdig[protected]] dated[11/8/18].
There is no progress in this regard and the portal always gives the status as "application under process".
Its been too long on this and i am in urgent need of the certificate.
Sir kindly please issue my digree asap, it's urgently required.

Sir /madam, my provisional certificate is not received I apply 2 jan 2019 pls send my provisional certificate . I can't apply for post graduation class last date is 15.01.2019 .Pls send my provisional certificate instantly. Thank u
