Respected Sir I am a customer for Saharanpur District for the products of Base Corporation Ltd. (manufacturer of Inverter and Batteries). 1. Base Corporation Limited, is a limited company having its registered office at Sangeeta Tower No.3, 80 Feet Road, Near CMH Hospital Indiranagar 1st stage, Bangalore-560038 and factories at Village Nagali, P.O. Oachghat., Himachal Pradesh Pin. 173223 & Anegollu Village, DenkanikottaiTaluk, Denkanikottai - Kelamangalam Road, #42-632, Tamil Nadu Pin. 635113 2. The above company is a manufacturer of Inverter/UPS and a wide range of batteries, ie. Inverter Battery, Automotive Battery, E-Rikshaw Battery & UPS Battery. 3. All the products manufactured by the above company are warranted against manufacturing defects for a certain pre-defined period, offering replacement warranty to its consumer. 4. The above company has sold his products in a huge quantity to the consumers o[censored]ttar Pradesh by help o[censored]s. 5. The above company has manufactured and supplied very poor quality products from last few years in which the complaint ratio is very high. 6. The above company has suddenly stopped his business from last three months. The company is also not delivering services and warranties to the customers. 7. By this unexpected step/decision of company, all the customers are feeling cheated, as they are not getting the required services and warranties regarding their purchased products. 8. We did enough correspondence through letters and e-mail with the Directors & Officers of the above company but they are not responding positively. 9. There is a huge dues of taxes (in thousands of crore)of various departments of state as well as central government, and loans from various Government & Private Banks, on the above company. The current total Liability on the company seems to be more than its Assets. Even the Tin No. of the company is suspended because o[censored]npaid due taxes in many states. 10. Also Some Bank announced MD of the company defaulter as he has failed to pay his loan dues. One of the notices was issued on[protected] by IDBI Bank. 11. The above company is also not paying PF & Salary to his employees from last five months. 12. It seems to us that the intension of the Directors & Officers of the above company doesn’t look wise able and a huge amount of the financial institutions can be lapsed in future. 13. It also seems that they are showing more & more extra expenses & Losses in their Balance sheet just to manipulate their profit into loss, as all other companies in the similar trade are making huge profits. 14. As the above company is not providing services, the consumers are also getting violent with Service Engineer’s, Dealers & Distributors which can split law & order and lot’s of cases will be filed in our judiciary. We are not only informing you, but we all are requesting you to take quick strict actions, against the above said company
