Complaint id-1690482 Suborder id[protected] Order id[protected] Date-03/09/2019 Time-18:49:40.0 Current status shows your order is in waiting for gate response. I call the Bata customer he says that amount is not received to me. Bata customer says is transferred within 24 hrs but not received yet .l call many times. But it says it will receive within 24 hrs. Sep 14, 2019 Updated by Xvishwas Sir I ordered slippers through gopaisa by Bata but order is failed and amount is deducted from my account and it will not be refunded . Dear Bata, I bought Bata product few months back and found that soul of the both the baileys wore out. I hardly used them for 1-2 months.
Earlier I had used Bata products and they accompanied me for 2-3 years.
Request you to help with exchange policy.
