[Resolved] Bata India — bata coupons | |||
I had purchased a bata gift coupon online in apr 2017. We i Had been to the bata store (In coimbatore) to redeem the same i was informed by the salesperson that the coupon was already redeemed. The salesperson advised me to contact the bata customer care. When i contacted them they asked me to post the invalid coupon to the (Reference number of the service request 910309) so that the can send me a valid coupon in exchange. I had sent the coupon thro speed post (Reference number:et[protected]in) to the gurgaon office. There was no response from the company since then. I had checked with them again in june 2017, they said they were working on the issue and gave me another reference number :913078. I called them last month the customer care executive said that he would resolve the issue within a day, but the issue is still open Its been over 6 months, its so degrading for a company like bata to react to customer request in such a way. I'm totally not pleased with the way the company has dealt with the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
