I ordered (Order id :[protected] bata school white shoes size 11 on 30 jun 2019 but they send small kids size 11. Immediately i call them and raise the ticket for exchange, they are responded, told me some one will pick up the product but product is not collected.
After few days again i was called and asked for the status for exchange, then only they told me, size is not available, then i raised a request for cancellation.
I called so many times, when ever i am calling / send a mail to them, they are creating new ticket and confirms "some one will pickup the shoes, please allow us 3 days of time to address and resolve the concern raised by you" but after that no response from them
Can you please resolve my refund amount.
