[Resolved]  Bata India — Black ballerinas- Sub order ID 50953876

I had order 2 pair of bellies on 12Jan 2021 and one on 10th Jan, all of which were returned subsequently. I got the refund of both grey pair in January itself. However, the black one was returned on 1st of May. I have been following up twice a week since then but haven't got the refund yet. Please find the details below:

This is the best worst experience from bata as I am not getting the refund and not even a concrete response from customer service team.
