I bought a p. T shoe size 1 on tuesday afternoon from bata showroom spot 18, pimple saudagar, pune for my 8 year old son. He wore it on wednesdy and on thursday night i noticed two torn patches on the shoe. There was a message asking for feedback from bata so i took the shoes to the showroom along with my son. The kind of interaction i had with your representative named "gopal" was absolutely unacceptable and untolerable. When a customer visits your showroom with a complain it is your duty to hear the entire complain. Not only did he talk to me in a very unabsured manner but he also accused me of changing the shoe with the old one. I was just in the showroom to give feedback but instead the representative blamed me for the poor quality and bad behaviour. While i was in the showroom asking for the representatives name he did not even bothered to tell me his name his exact words were "karo jaa k complain" other people around told him said this is not the way to talk to a lady.
