Bata India — complaint ref number 1567473 and 1571580

I purchased hush puppies shoe model number 824-6714. There is a shoe bit and inner sole colour fading problem. I had complained customer care and the reference number is 1567473 and 1571580. But no proper response. Each time when i call they ask all the questions and register new complaint reference number. Can look into this issue as soon as possible.
