[Resolved] Bata India — Complaint Related to Bata India Voucher Related | |||
I have registered a complaint on Bata India Toll Free Number on 15-Aug-2014. [ Reference Number 256666 ] This complaint was regarding Non Functional Bata Voucher of Rs. 500. I had total 10 Vouchers. I could utilize 9 of them, But this one was not honored by your Store. They stated that I need to get in touch with you on Toll Free Number to get is regularized. I have sent many reminder emails as well as done Many Calls to Call Centre Toll Free Number. Original Complaint No. 256666 dated 15-Aug-14 [ Follow Up Reference Numbers - 266123, 266127, 270130, 296426 ]. My Submission is : A) The Voucher Need to be regularised so that I can Utilize the same. B) Very Poor Response from Bata India Comaplaint Management System. Over 70 Days & No Resolution.
