It's quite disappointing that after multiple followups via phone and mail till now not received my credit note / gift voucher rs. 299/ -. Order booked on 21st aug'19 - your order with id: 12383864 has been placed successfully. We acknowledge your payment of rs. 299.00 received through credit-card/debit-card. Complaint raised on 1st sept'19, reference number is 1688379, but no action. Bata agent abhijeet tripathi opened new ticket 124646 on 18th nov'19. Spoke to multiple people ritika / barkha/shashank / piyush sharma / mr. Dhir, mr. Yadav & soumyadeep bhattacharya. No action at all. Wondering is bata really concerned about customer complaints. Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 14, 2020 Updated by Rkalra Complaint still not resolved, it's open, looks like Bata don't want to resolve. I haven't received Credit Note.
