[Resolved] Bata India — Hush puppies cheat

Hello Sir,

I & my whole family was fan of hush pappies shoe & sandles but it is a really worst experience I have ever had from a branded company like you.

I have purchased one Hush Puppies shoe worth Rs +3K/- from "Hush puppies Shoes Store, Viviana Mall, Thane west Maharashtra, India. dated 28.07.17. article number :[protected]-2016) was found defective within 30 days of the purchase.

I started using this after 15days and within 2 3 days, bottom sole started cutting & shoe now feels uncomfortable and even thread of shoe started coming out.

I am really fustrated and will never buy any article for this brand.

My issue has been resolved, steps taken by company. 1. I register a complain on 24-May around 9 pm night and Immediately next day afternoon received a call from Bata India customer care. 2. Few min later received a email from Bata India with 100% replacement. 3. Finally went to shop and got new pair of shoes without any hassle. Note: While making complain, please describe your product like Invoice number, Article number, you email address

Updated by diwasubh3 It was amazing, i register a complain and on next day received a call from bata India customer care. They apologized for the issue & allowed me to 100% replacement for my defective article.

I really appreciate it and thanking you for quick resolution to my query.
