The courier man didn't approached me and at the same time updating the status as 'delayed pick up request by the customer'.
After soo many call and mails the courier man came to pick it after 15 days.
That means they have no value for customers and also they didn't take any action against the courier named DHLVRY.
It was the worst experience till date.
