I have purchased a pair of BATA shoes but the required size was not available at BATA store at GHS mall pune. So the person at billing counter ( after full payment ) order the required size shoes online and promised that within 5 days the shoes will be delivered. But the order got failed/ and we didn't receive any shoes even after 10 days though full payment has been done and the amount got debited from my account, He didn't help us out and told to apply for refund I am trying to get back the debited amount for the past one month but there is no proper response from the BATA team I have attached the sample mail which I received from them. Whenever I tried reaching customer support getting the same reply from the BATA team and the issue was not yet resolved til date.
This is very very disappointing that a Brand company like BATA is causing so much trouble to customers. we went there believing the brand name and now we are applying at multiple places for getting the refund. Attached is the screen shot of mail Now the person Vasu who promised for refund has stop responding and when we call the Bata store store at GHS mall the person simply says he wont be able to help us out and we should ask for refund.
